When Preserve set out to design a cutting board,  we  wanted to address common frustrations with existing plastic boards. First,  we  textured the surface to provide better gripping. The texture also hides knife marks so the board looks good for years. Then,  we  added a curved handle to keep the board stable during chopping and to aid in transferring your food from board to bowl.
