Dental Floss Dr Fresh 1. Snap off approximately 18 in (45 cm) of floss. 2. Wind the floss around the index finger of each hand leaving 3 in (8 cm) of floss between them. 3. Gently glide the floss between the teeth, and using an up and down motion clean between the tooth taking care to clean just under the gum line. 4.
