You are not satisfied with your purchase, EDEALSZONE offers a 30 day exchange/ refund policy on all products if the item is in new condition. The 30 day return policy starts from the date of receipt of merchandise. We require all returned items to have a RMA number which is provided by us. Shipping and Handling is not refundable All returns are subject to inspection. All returned merchandise must be in Original Factory Condition. Original accessories/manuals must be included. If the product is not defective / damaged / incorrect then Return shipping/handling and insurance are your responsibility and you may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. DO NOT REFUSE YOUR ORDER. If an item is shipped and refused by the customer without our consent, We will not issue a refund for your order. 

A 15% processing/restocking fee is charged for mattresses, foundations, assembled/upholstered indoor furniture, water heaters built-in home appliances.

A 15% processing/restocking fee is charged for assembled/upholstered indoor furniture. Restocking fees do not apply when item is returned as defective or because incorrect product was delivered.

To avoid a 15% restocking fee on consumer electronics, patio furniture, gazebos, canopies, pergolas, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, space heaters grills, these items must be returned unused with the original box, product packaging, accessories parts.


Requirements for a Full Refund

  • Items must be in new condition
  • The customer is also responsible for any damage acquired during return shipment to the warehouse, due to improper/poor packaging.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. 
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number.
  • Shoes and clothing must be unworn.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • All special order items
  • All closeout items
  • All makeup and foods of any variety
  • All types of aerosol cans
  • All hazmat products All items that have signs of use
  • All items that are not in its original condition, packaging, or has missing parts.
  • All items without an RA Number (Return Authorization Number)

Cannot be returned. All sales are final. Please contact the manufacturer if you have any questions regarding defective items. Check your package for the manufacturer's name and contact information.


We will not charge the restocking fees for damaged /defective /incorrect product delivered.
