This is not a troublesome mechanical switcher. This VHD-TS3X1 unit utilizes integrated circuits to perform seamless and reliable switching flawlessly without degradation. When active, the unit can be powered off (placed in standby mode) by press and hold the switch button for 3 seconds until the input LED light is off; press the switch button again to bring it back to active mode.
