Size Guide: Small (S): Suitable to fit 9-inch to 12-inch neck size and dog weighing approximately 8 to 25 pounds. Fits Jack Russells, Yorkshire Terrier, Cairn Terriers, Toy Poodles and like breeds. Medium (M): Suitable to fit 12-inch to 17-inch neck size and dog weighing approximately 25 to 60 pounds. Fits Shi-Tsu, Cocker Spaniels, Bull Dog, Basenjis, Beagles and like breeds.
