These can later be downloaded to a computer via the meter's RS232 port and the results viewed instantly on the Thermo Log Software which comes with the unit. Software also enables real time data logging directly from the thermometer to the computer. Maximum Interval Setting Time is 60 minutes in Data logger Mode. Also features min/max/average, relative temperature, auto power off, and hold functions. This well made unit is extremely accurate and has fast response times. Has a large easy to read 3½ digit LCD and accepts any Type K thermocouple probe. Comes ready to use in a protective foam lined carrying case complete with software, RS232 computer connection cable, beaded wire probe (Ambient Type K probe 800077), and a 9V battery.
