Tips to use the product effectively: No soaps with moisturiser, limit handling and press from center if sheet to outside edges to secure to skin.  Adhesiveness can be effected by bathing or exercising and should be removed before these activities and reapplied after. It is possible that there may be a need for medical tape on certain areas of body or dry or oily skin. Use - Each ScarAway sheet should be worn for a minimum of 12 hours per day, and is washable and durable for 7 days of use. Gently wash ScarAway sheet daily to maintain adhesiveness. ScarAway sheets may be cut in half for smaller scars or worn side-by-side for larger scars
