Drapes are about 60% light blocking under normal indoor lighting conditions. This estimate is approximate for use under normal indoor lighting conditions. Many factors can affect the opacity, including the amount of lighting, the amount of gathering (bunching), spacing from a wall, and the overall brightness of the lighting in a room. In situations with a lot of lighting, you can help make it more opaque by adding an extra drape panel or two. Upright is one piece (it does not adjust or break down). If you regularly transport this set-up, please ensure that your vehicle can fit an 8 foot pipe. Also, please ensure that the ceiling height will accommodate an 8 foot tall structure. Drape Care Instructions: Machine wash like colors on cold, using a gentle cycle. If needed, use only a mild liquid detergent applied to the water prior to placing drape in the machine -- never put concentrated detergent directly into contact with the fabric as it may alter the color. Can be machine dried (air only setting), and ironed (cool setting). NEVER EXPOSE THE DRAPE TO TEMPERATURES ABOVE 140°F DURING ANY PORTION OF LAUNDERING. Doing so can significantly shrink and/or permanently wrinkle the fabric. Note: Different browsers and monitors show colors differently. Swatches shown in listing are for reference only.
