Directions for use:

Do not open until ready to use, as dust will form on collar during storage.

Place the collar around your pet's neck. The collar must be worn loosely to allow for growth of the pet and to permit the collar to move about the neck. Leave 1 or 2 extra inches for collar adjustment, and cut off remaining excess. Wash your hands after placing the collar on your pet.
