PC-Pool Putty Epoxy is formulated to adhere to wet, dry, and submerged, underwater surfaces that are clean. Cut, mix and apply. PC-Pool Putty Epoxy allows a working time of about 3 minutes and cures for service in 60 minutes. PC-Pool Putty Epoxy will not bond to wax paper, Teflon, Polyethylene, and some other plastics.
