    • Mr. Gasket Competition Screw-In Rocker Arm Studs are heat treated. Grade 8 alloy steel makes this stud perfect for high performance and race car applications. The enlarged radius at the base of the stud above the hex provides extra length and durability. This design prevents stud flexing and breaking. With the help of these studs the strobe tests show a horsepower increase at high RPM. These alloy steel studs have no oil holes and are concentric to keep the rockers, pushrod and valve stems in alignment. Size of the base thread is 7/16-14 and rocker arm nut thread is 7/16-24. Guideplate locator shank is included with this competition screw-in rocker arm stud. Set of 16 pieces.
