LEGO Space Police Max Security Transport 5979 is in VERY GOOD condition. The set comes with the original box, the instruction manual, and as far as we can determine, all 333 pieces (in zip-lock bags and some pieces loose in the box), but it is not a 100% guarantee. The set was assembled once and put on display on the bookshelf for a short time before being disassembled and put back into it's box. The box itself is in GOOD condition, but does have a little damage including some creasing in different areas and being pushed in a little down the middle.
