All KPMI titanium valves are manufactured from solid U.S. milled titanium bar.

The titanium bar is cut, forged and then the stem is pulled from the forging process and cross-sectionally reduced.

After all final grinding and machining the valve is encased in a hard titanium nitride shell.

We have tested these valves in the lab and on the track.
