Henaff, a French company, was one of the first French companies to gain USDA approval since 2003 when French meat imports were banned. Superior quality and high in liver (34%) and wholesome ingredients (milk, eggs). Since 2008 this pate has been made with less salt (30% less sodium than the average liver pate). And because of the traditional feed the pigs are given, the pates are naturally higher in Omega 3.
