Hellwig's design is crafted from solid steel for increased strength compared to the factory's weak, thin wall tubing version. Hellwig hot forms the bar starting with American made 4140 chromoly steel then heat treats it to create a bar with incredible strength. The sway bars have been test driven so the Hellwig engineers can get the correct sway bar rate for that specific vehicle. Many of the bars also include multiple hole adjustment so the driver can adjust the stiffness of the bar to match their driving style or differing terrains.
