This Easy Wood Tools Pro Detailer is designed for doing small intricate work and cutting final details on projects such as small coves and beads on both spindle and bowl work. It is engineered to be rested level on the tool rest and then cut by pushing the tool straight in using just the nose of the tool. It is perfect for cutting chuck tenons and making inside reverse angle cuts for inside chucking of bowls with dovetail jaws. In addition, it works well for hogging away green wood. The toolbar is precision machined from ½" x ½" solid stainless steel and is 8 ½" long. The handle is 20" long, 2" in diameter and made from super-hard American Hickory to dampen vibration. The handle features an easy grip shape that allows for different hand positions. Overall length of the tool is a full 28.5 inches which provide maximum comfort and control. Tool comes with a Ci-4 solid carbide diamond cutter that can be rotated 180 degrees for a sharp edge and that can be replaced when dull.
