COCONUT BUTTER MAY BE SOLID AT ROOM TEMPERATURE: To soften or melt your coconut butter, you can place the jar part way in a bowl of warm to hot water, or pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time. Stir to help soften.

SEPARATION OF OIL IS NORMAL: You may find a layer or little dots of oil on the top of your coconut butter -- that's okay. It's the natural oils from the coconut flesh. For the best experience, soften your coconut butter and mix the oil back in.

Our butter melts in your mouth with full coconut taste and aroma. No additives – only pure, unadulterated coconut. Made in a facility that processes tree nuts, but does not process any peanuts, gluten, dairy or soy. Coconut oil separation may occur causing a white, solid top layer. Simply warm and blend back together. Refrigeration not recommended.
