The American Dryer GX239 replacement automatic sensor is an infrared sensor that turns a hand dryer on when hands are under the outlet and off when they aren't to conserve energy and reduce the risk of germ transmission by eliminating the need for a manual control, and can be used to replace a missing or damaged sensor for American Dryer GXT6, GXT8, EXT2, and EXT4 model, and GX series hand dryers (sold separately). This unit is compliant with the EU Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) for environmental and human safety.
