With a connection size of 1/2 inches, this wallmount valve is built on the Moen M-PACT common valve system, a convenient system that allows you to upgrade the look of your faucet without ever touching the plumbing. Once installed, the valve lets you change your trim kit at any point. All changes can be made above the deck--simply untwist your current trim and lock your new trim into place. Durable metal construction combines with a 1224 cartridge for long-term strength and resistance to heat, while integrated mounting brackets allow for faster installation. In addition, the handles and spout shank can be set with up to 1-1/2 inches of extensions to accommodate walls of different thicknesses.
