The Attwood 9961-1 Steel Slip Ring Penetrating Anchor digs into mud, sand, gravel and stow flat. Pivoting flukes rotate downward into the bottom. The 9961-1 provides excellent weight-to-holding-power ratio, compared to cast anchors. All Attwood penetrating anchors are manufactured of hot dip galvanized steel for corrosion resistance and strength. The assembly is arc-welded steel that maintains consistent fluke-to-shank angles, ensuring quick penetration and a firm hold.
