This self-contained 12 volt dimmer is perfect for precise control of interior accent lighting in your auto, truck, RV, boat or aircraft. Extremely powerful PWM Dimmer with 7 Amps of capacity. Easy-to-install, . High quality fluted knob included. Advanced design includes over-current protection, reverse polarity protection and over-voltage protection. Modular construction - Separate Rheostat and Dimmer PCB. Rheostat shaft is 0.267" (17/64")(6.75mm). Dimmer PCB (1 1/16" x 1.5") has screw-down input and output terminals. Color-coded wiring for easy installation. 30cm of wire (our images show shorter length - actual supplied wire is longer). High-quality, large-format fluted type knob included (secures by set-screw). Note that the rheostat does not have an integrated on/off switch - rather it is OFF when in the full counterclockwise position.
