Prang bridges the gap between soft and hard pastels. The traditional square French pastel has been compressed for greater pigment content and strength while allowing the soft application of chalk to remain. Pastello will out last traditional molded pastels twice as long  Use the edge for fine lines or the broad edge for bold color lay-down. A  Excellent for portraits, landscapes or still life.
