Developed with the same design principles of our Clippix spatter shield, the glass lids can be clipped right to the frypan handle in an upright position, so condensation drips into the pan, not on your counter. Fissler's Steelux Frying System is based on the 2-pan philosophy-Crispy & Protect. A Crispy stainless steel pan is perfect for fast, low-fat frying at high temperatures, while a Protect, non-stick pan is ideal for easy, gentle cooking and is PFOA free.
