This is an Infrared burner and mesh screen for 30, 42 and 56-inch Solaire Grills. It can be a replacement for an existing infrared burner, or be used to change out the Solaire Convection burner, thus making your grill "all infrared." The burner assembly and mesh are stainless steel. The ceramic honeycomb tiles have 15,000 tiny holes that produce small flames that heat the ceramic to a glowing red, emitting direct energy in the infrared spectrum.
