How to Use John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder In-Shower Lightening Treatment:
Wet hair and squeeze out excess water. Break off the tab to expose the holes of both tubes of John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder In-Shower Lightening Treatment. Apply the entire contents of both tubes to wet hair, concentrating the treatment at roots or distributing evenly from roots to ends. Rinse hands well and leave treatment on for 5 minutes, then rinse completely. Shampoo and condition hair with John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder Lightening Shampoo and Conditioner, then dry and style as usual.
Please note that John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder In-Shower Lightening Treatment should not be used by those with intensively bleach or damaged hair, or permed or chemically straightened hair. Use just once per month.
